Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date unless otherwise stated in the specific hotel's policy.
All prices are displayed in Syrian pounds. Prices may change based on supply, demand, and hotel policies.
We protect your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Bytnaa is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or the quality of services provided by hotels.
All content, design, and trademarks on the platform are owned by Bytnaa and protected by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
