Delete your account

Option 1: from your account — immediately

1. Sign in to your account on bytnaa.com or in the app.
2. Open “Account Settings”, then the “Security” tab.
3. Tap “Delete account”, type your account's email address to confirm, then tap “Delete my account permanently”.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you have an upcoming booking, as a guest or as a host, the account cannot be deleted until the stay has taken place or the booking is cancelled, so that nobody is left without their booking.

Option 2: by email

Send a message from the email address on your account to [email protected] saying that you want your account deleted. We carry it out within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
• Your bookings and the payment records attached to them.
• Your reviews, messages, saved favourites and notifications.
• If you are a host: every place you list on Bytnaa with its photos, rooms and bookings, and your partner agreement with its signature record.

What may remain

• Backups: a copy of your data may remain in our database backups until newer backups replace it. We use them only to restore the service after a failure.
• Bookings you made without signing in are not attached to an account. To have them deleted, email us from the address you booked with, or send us the booking number.
• A newsletter subscription is separate from your account. Cancel it with the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter.
• The place you booked received your name and phone number to prepare your stay. What it keeps in its own records outside Bytnaa we cannot delete on its behalf.
• Anonymous visit statistics carry no name and cannot be linked to you; they are deleted after thirteen months.
